Cinanni Construction Ltd. was founded in 1979 by Michele Cinanni. Through his extensive experience of masonry he began by offering specialized masonry throughout the Ottawa, Canada region. Over time the company branched out to restoration and new home construction
During this time Cinanni Construction Ltd. began the undertaking of complete residential development, which included everything from site preparation to building custom homes.
Cinanni Construction Ltd. was hired to oversee the major construction of the Rideau Centre in downtown Ottawa. With the help of Cinanni Construction Ltd. the Rideau Centre was able to open on schedule.
Angelo, Michele's youngest son, after gaining much knowledge in construction on his own has taken over Cinanni Construction Ltd. with the guidance of his Father. Angelo, who also specializes in masonry, has now branched out to historical restoration, ICF (insulated Concrete Form) construction and general contracting.
Since Angelo's tenure, Cinanni Construction Ltd. has completed work for the local University and other various institutions. We pride our self on satisfying three cornerstone principals of construction and project management, "on-time" and "on budget". We have always maintained these principals on all our contracts to date. The third and equally important principal is quality. Quality is our focus and reputation.
